My interest in the mortgage industry actually began as a borrower back-to-back home purchases in the late 90's - both really unpleasant. In each instance, communication with my lender was (to put it kindly) less than stellar. Unexplained delays and cost changes created extra drama and anxiety for my wife and for me.

In 2002, I met a business mentor who became a great friend. He invited me to consider a career change and encouraged me to take a proactive, informative, accessible approach to mortgage lending. Within months, my professional mission became to improve the world one successful transaction at a time. Years later, I work every day to make a positive difference in peoples' lives, whether we ultimately do business together or not.

I love meeting people and learning new things. Even if you’re not actively in the market to purchase or refinance a property, I’m happy to chat about loan scenarios or guideline questions you may have. My current state licenses are: Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon and New Mexico.
